Nearly 100 Cherokee County Democrats gathered on Saturday evening -- September 8 -- at Lon Morris College for the first Club Banquet. Boyd Richie, Texas Democratic Chair, spoke to the group. In addtion to Cherokee County Democrats friends from surrounding counties also joined the fun and everyone competed for the silent auction items donated by club memebers.
